Yes, Dora is leashed wherever she goes. Once that coonhound nose catches a smell there’s no bringing her back... She doesn’t seem to mind.
To get to the beach we go a bit down the road towards the Beach Club, just past Gilligan’s Island Villas. There’s a sign marking a path that goes through the golf course. A bit longer than our walk but not bad. The beach pretty much looks the same with little or no new development. Miss you guys!
We were saddened to lose our beloved senior canine crew member Dyna on May 14, 2013. She will never be forgotten and will always be in our hearts. We remember her on the masthead picture of her and Dylan as they began their TakingPaws adventures. You can share a glimpse of her extraordinary life onboard in the TakingPaws archives or her memorial posting.

I see a leash on Dora! Necessary, I guess so! How and where is the access to the beach? Much development on beach, along walk?
